There's just something amazing about watching a skyscraper get flattened in a matter of seconds.
I can't imagine what the guy in charge of the demolition is thinking a few seconds before hitting the button.
What's your best guess?

my guess it is one of two things:
1. that he can't believe that people will pay him to play with explosives
and
2. if he is a beavis and butthead fan... 'fire, fire, fire'
He is thinking "I wonder what my wife packed me for lunch?".
That is of course *after* ALL of the safety checks and procedures have been followed.
