Definitely #1. It would translate much better in print form on letterhead, etc.
I like #2. It actaully gives information.
I like #1. It's simple... It's like the M in McDonald's. High stickiness factor.
The first one looks cleaner, but it also looks like a game console logo. Out of the 2 of them it does look like the better one, but maybe if you tried a different font in the second one, it could be improved?
